What we are looking for

Everest is seeking a talented individual with outstanding embedded software and hardware skills.

You will work with our R&D team to develop a robust IoT communications infrastructure that transmits the in-field data from our sensor to the cloud.

Enable 1 billion tons of annual Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) capacity per year by 2035, by commercializing our breakthrough sensor technology that makes Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) measurable.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test embedded software for operating devices in R&D and production environments (primarily LoRA, BLE stack)
• Optimize performance of hardware for low-power operation
• Setup rigorous quality tests
• Continuous improvement of communications and data software
• Create documentation for end-users
• Work with an interdisciplinary team of scientists, software developers, and management to ensure seamless integration of the hardware into our product platform

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in software and/or embedded software
• Over 5 years of experience in embedded software design and hardware
